How to break some generational curses

The curse is a major obstacle in the life and development of every living being. The ones that are generational are dangerous because we may know nothing about it. Generations don’t know the origin, the effects or how to end the curse.
The sins of our ancestors incurred divine punishment and thus link the generations. Through family ties appear all sorts of disorders and diseases such as depression, alcoholism etc. If we delve more deeply into it, all sins and iniquities that our parents, grandparents and so on back three or four generations and even more, can be a mountain in the life of an individual. But, it is a living and destructive mountain because it is accompanied by spells and various consecrations—mystical, occult, dark and satanic.
There’s only one spiritual foundation that can get us out of all forms of curses. It is through the work of Jesus on the cross that we can be delivered from the curse of the sins of our fathers. Paul speaks clearly in Galatians 3:13-14, “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. For it is written: Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree, so that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, that we might receive by faith the Spirit that was promised.”
• The first step to getting rid of a generational curse is to acknowledge it. How? Identify it. Here are several indications of curses:
– Infertility, abnormal problems.
– Mental or emotional problems.
– Chronic diseases, especially if they are hereditary.
– Predisposition to accidents.
– Divorce and family problems such as rape or incest.
– Cycle of Financial difficulties.
– Suicides and unnatural deaths in the family.

• The second step is to find the origins of the generational curse. The easiest way is to ask questions of your family members, specially your grandparents. You can also ask God to reveal it to you.
• The third step is repentance. This is a profound change. How can you repent from something you did not do? Acts 2:38 say to renounce idolatry and rebellion. Sometimes it is necessary to restore what has been stolen or forcibly taken as referred to in Luke 19:8. 8 But Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times the amount.”
• The fourth step is the confession, a sincere confession and details of all our sins as it is written in Romans 10:10, “It is with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
• The fifth step is to seek deliverance. You can deliver yourself or go to people that have a deliverance ministry. Even with that path you have to be very cautious because you have to find the right people with the right spirit to perform the task, otherwise you may pick up more demons than you already have.
If you find yourself in any kind of ancestral curse read Psalm 103:12, “As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him; for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.”
Say this prayer: Jesus has set me free, and I am truly free. I confess and receive freedom from ancestral curses of premature death, the ancient curse of marital frustration, the ancestral curse of poverty or financial disadvantage, the ancestral curse of infirmity, ancestral curse of failure and the threshold of breakthroughs in the name of Jesus!”
